This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that the 4Ad service can receive about the user while using the service. Use of the Service means the user’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the Service.
1. Users' personal information received and processed by 4Ad

This Policy applies only to the 4Ad Service and does not control and is not responsible for third party sites that the user can access through links available on the 4Ad website, including in search results. On such sites, other personal information may be collected or requested from the user, and other actions may be taken.
2. Purposes of collecting and processing personal and non-personal information of users
2.1. 4Ad collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide the Service and provide services (execution of agreements and contracts with the user).
2.2. 4Ad may use the user’s personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1. Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts with 4Ad;
2.2.2. Providing the user with personalized services;
2.2.3. Communication by the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Service, provision of services, as well as processing requests and applications from the user;
2.2.4. Improving the quality of the Service, ease of use, developing new functions and services;
2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data.
3. Conditions for processing the user’s personal information and its transfer to third parties
3.1. Confidentiality of the user's personal information is maintained, except in cases where the user voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
3.2. 4Ad has the right to transfer the user’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.2.1. The user has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.2.2. To detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues;
3.2.3. To respond to User requests for support;
3.2.4. The transfer is provided for by applicable law within the framework of the procedure established by law.
3.3 Storage of personal data:
3.3.1 The User's personal data is stored on secure electronic media and servers and processed using automated server systems.
3.3.2 The administration of the service ensures the safety of users’ personal data in accordance with modern standards for the protection of personal data.
